SMOKIE LINK PIE 
2 crust pie, lattice top
1 pkg. Smokie Links (Oscar Meyer)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, block type
2 eggs, beaten
Parmesan cheese

Slice Smokie Links. Cut cheese in small squares, add beaten eggs. Coat well. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour in shell. Top with crust. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.

One of my childhood favorites. I now make for my kids. Our recipe we have always used crescent roll dough for the pie shell and lattice. Usually the lattice burns a little bit.... I'll have to try this way.
