PICANTE SAUCE 
6 lg. very ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 can lg. stewed tomatoes, chopped with juice
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
Juice of 1 to 2 limes
1 tsp. salt
8 to 10 fresh jalapenos, chopped

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 1 hour.
