HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. bananas (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (chopped)

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, add eggs and oil, stir until all dry ingredients are moist (do not beat). Add vanilla, bananas, pineapple and nuts, mix well. Spoon into 3 well greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degree 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter (softened)
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (chopped)

Cream cheese and butter, gradually add sugar then vanilla. Beat until smooth, stir in pecans. Frost between layers then top and sides.
