STRAWBERRY MOLD 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
20 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Mix well. Press into the bottom of 13x9 inch pan and chill thoroughly.

Combine gelatin with boiling water. Stir well and mix in partially thawed strawberries. Chill until partially set. Spoon over crumb crust and chill until set.

Combine marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water until smooth. Cool at room temperature, stirring occasionally. When completely cool, fold in whipped cream. Cover gelatin and chill for at least 2 hours. Serves 24.
