SQUASH ROLLS 
1 c. cooked winter squash
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. scalded milk
1 tbsp. or packet of yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
4-5 c. flour

Add butter, salt and sugar to squash. Pour in milk and mix. When cool enough add yeast and flour. Mix and knead. Let rise until double. Shape and raise. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes until done.
