Cream:

1 1/3 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs

Stir in:

2 2/3 c. pumpkin
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Makes 10 dozen.
