RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
7 c. Raisin Bran cereal (15 oz. box)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Sift together the flour, sugar, soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add cereal and mix well together. Stir in (by spoon) beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well.

Store in refrigerator, covered, and use as needed. Will keep for 3 weeks. When baking, fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Bake about 15-20 minutes.
