HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN | |
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger Salt and pepper 2 c. diced celery 2 sm. onions, diced 2 c. cold water 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. uncooked rice Brown first 4 ingredients. After cooking first 4 ingredients until partly done, add rest of ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for an hour, or at least until rice is done. Serve over chow mein noodles. |
