YUMMY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. onion
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flakes, crumbled

Mix cheese, potatoes, soup, salt and pepper, onion, sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
