NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. chocolate (cocoa)
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (do not melt)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Blend sugar and chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Place milk and butter in bowl with sugar and chocolate (do not mix). Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take out of microwave and stir to mix well. Add vanilla and nuts, stir until blended. Pour into a buttered container (something like a Pyrex bowl). Refrigerate. Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
