CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. light brown sugar
2 c. flour
2/3 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. Press 1/2 mixture in 9"x13" pan. Reserve rest for topping. Bake crust 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Blend sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbly mixture over top. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer at 350 degrees. Cool. Keep refrigerated.
