PARTY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS 
4 chicken breasts
2/3 to 3/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can button mushrooms
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. sherry
Seasoned salt to taste

Saute chicken breasts in butter. Place chicken in oven-proof dish. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sour cream and sherry together and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with "lots" of seasoned salt and cook for 1 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven. Can be fixed early, then baked. Good for parties, also excellent served with wild rice and asparagus spears or artichokes. So easy to be so good! Serves 4.
