CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
12 oz. sharp yellow cheese or Cheddar

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes or croutons
1 stick butter

Place hash browns in 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and mix with soup, sour cream, and cheese. Spread over hash browns. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes or croutons. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves about 6.
