3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice and rind grated
1/4 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, lemon juice and rind. Add beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into ice tray and freeze.
