LEMON ICE CREAM 
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice and rind grated
1/4 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, lemon juice and rind. Add beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into ice tray and freeze.

Can decorate with shaved chocolate or crumbled moist cookies. Can decorate with shaved chocolate or crumbled moist cookies. You may double recipe and pour into sherbet glasses and freeze.
