NUT TOSSIES 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. soft butter
walnuts, cashews (crushed)

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Shape into 24 balls. Press into tossie pans. Combine rest of ingredients. Fill each tossie with nut mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 10-18 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen tossies.
