CARAMEL CORN 
28 Kraft caramels
2 tbsp. water
2 qt. popped corn
1/2 c. peanut or cashews

Melt caramels and water in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over popped corn and nuts, toss until well coated. Spread onto greased cookie sheet. Let stand until set. Break apart. Makes 2 quarts.
