CHICKEN ROLLS 
Chicken breasts, pounded thin and halved
Garlic and herb cheese spread
1 egg
Bread crumbs
4-5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sherry

Spread thin chicken breasts with cheese spread. Roll. Dip in egg and bread crumbs. If time permits, allow to stand, covered, in refrigerator for 2 hours to make crumbs stick better.

Melt butter in bottom of covered baking dish. Place chicken rolls on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Add sherry near end of baking time.
