ANNIES MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Celery salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Onion to taste
Green pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 c. tomato sauce

Form into balls and place on cookie sheet or baking pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Brown in oven 15 minutes or so. Put into sauce after cooking 2 hours then cook 1 hour longer.

SAUCE:

1 sm. can tomato juice (pt.)
3 cans tomato paste (sm.)
3 cans water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
Oregano, crushed peppers, if desired

Simmer 2 hours. Add meatballs simmer 1 hour longer.
