CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag Ore-Ida Southern Style hash browns, slightly thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Stir together last 6 ingredients. Add potatoes. Mix well. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Add potatoes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. corn flakes

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
