DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP - OATMEAL
COOKIE
 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water
3 c. rolled oats
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternating with water until smooth. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes.
