DO AHEAD POTATO 
8 - 10 potatoes, cooked
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 container sour cream
Chopped onions
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Cook and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Before warming dot with butter.

Ideal for the holidays or anytime.
