SKILLET MILLET 
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. basic cooked millet, cooled

Serve this with almost anything. Melt butter, in large skillet, saute onion until tender and lightly brown. Add millet and mix well. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring with fork. Don't cover.
