POLLO SINALOENSE MARINADE FOR
CHICKEN
 
1 c. white wine
1/2 c. water
2 sm. cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 bay leaf, crumbled

Combine ingredients and marinate chicken for 1 to 3 hours. Bring to room temperature before grilling. Drain marinade. Cook chicken over hot coals until done but not dry.
