CHOCOLATE LOGS 
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces or buy candy coating at craft shop - dark semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 block paraffin wax

Thoroughly mix first 5 ingredients into peanut butter. Pour melted butter over mixture and blend well. Shape dough over mixture and blend well. Shape dough into 2 inch x 1/2 inch logs or as a small round ball. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips together over boiling water.

Working quickly, dip logs into the chocolate and place on wax paper to dry. Be sure to leave chocolate mixture in double boiler over hot water while dipping. Yields 48 logs.
