CAMPBELL'S CLASSIC MEAT LOAF | |
1 can tomato soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (chicken or round) 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. minced onions 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, divided 1 egg, beaten 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. water In bowl mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, crumbs, onion, 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, egg and pepper. In 12 x 8 inch dish firmly shape loaf. Cover with rest of soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Optional: Mashed potatoes can be used to cover meat loaf if baked and drained in casserole and served as Shepherd's Pie. Brown potatoes before serving. |
