CROCK POT POTATO SOUP 
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size
2 onions, chopped
1 carrot, pared and sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
5 c. water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients, except milk and butter in crock pot. Cover; cook slow 10- 12 hours; high 3-4 hours (or simmer 1 1/2 hours on stove). Stir in last 2 ingredients the last hour before serving. May serve topped with chives.
