3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 egg

Spray 9x5 loaf pan with Bakers Choice. In large bowl, combine and mix well all ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Bread will turn golden brown and pull away from sides of pan when done. Makes 1 loaf.
