FUDGE PECAN PIE 
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (5 fluid oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
1 c. pecan halves
La Creme whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Add hot water and stir again. With wire whisk, blend in sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract and evaporated milk. Stir until batter is smooth. Mix in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake on preheated baking sheet for 50 minutes or until custard sets. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
