2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. cranberries (chopped)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all the ingredients in the order that they are listed. Do not beat. Stir until well mixed. Bake in loaf pan. Oven temperature: 350 degrees. Time: 1 hour or until done.
