MOM'S BARBECUE | |
4 lb. pork roast 1 onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. sugar Salt and pepper to taste In a large pan, pour all ingredients over roast. Simmer covered, for about 4 hours. Remove bones and fat. Shred meat into sauce. Serve on buns. Serves approximately 12-15. |
