PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
Small dash lemon juice

Put the pork chops in a crockpot. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Mix the next 4 ingredients then pour over the pork chops. Let them cook in the crockpot for most of the day. They will be good and tender. Or you may bake them in the oven on 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered and then 1/2 hour uncovered. You may double or triple the sauce and use as gravy for mash potatoes or rice.
