FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Assorted fruits - such as strawberries, kiwi, cherries, peaches, pineapple, oranges, etc.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and chill.

Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour, oatmeal and nuts. Blend well. Press dough on lightly oiled pizza pan. Form rim around the edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool. Spoon cooled filling onto crust. Arrange well drained fruit on top of filling. Chill.
