SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (cut up)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, brown meat, onions and seasonings. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, mushrooms and sugar. Cook uncovered 20 minutes. Stir in spaghetti. Then 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese. Top with second half of meat and spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. 12 servings.
