GRANDMOTHER'S HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 qt. milk
Salt

Fry hamburger until brown. Add flour, stir until mixed with hamburger. Dilute 1/2 quart milk with 1/2 quart water. Slowly add to mixture (so flour does not lump). Salt to taste. Cook until thick enough.
