HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch in a cup

Add salt and pepper to meat and cook in a skillet over medium heat until meat is light brown. Add water and bring to a boil. Add some water to the cornstarch, stir, and then add it to the meat and water. Cook until this is slightly thick (not real thick). Serve hamburger gravy hot over toast.

You must add a beef bouillon, or some beef stock. You will not get beef flavor with this recipe without the bouillon or the beef stock.
