PERSIMMON DESSERT 
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar

Mix pulp, milk, eggs, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder and flour then add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix thoroughly then pour into a well oiled loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix remaining sugar thoroughly with 1/2 cup water and pour over pudding. Bake 10 minutes longer.
