PERSIMMON PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 c. persimmon pulp
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. coffee cream or evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350-375 degrees for 1 hour until done.
