PERSIMMON PIE 
1 c. persimmon pulp
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees until done by testing in center.
