CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - MICROWAVE 
2/3 c. shortening or oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Use Pam and round glass dish. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir in sugar; cool. Blend in eggs, water and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add nuts, either blending or sprinkled on top. Microwave on high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, rotating a quarter turn twice. Cool before cutting. Makes 16. Optional: Add 1 (16 oz.) package chocolate chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
