SPICY MERINGUE KISSES 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar and spices.

Drop kisses by teaspoonfuls on two large greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake 2 hours or until light brown and crisp in a 250 degree oven.

Pack kisses in air-tight container or individually in 5 1/2-inch square aluminum foil. Makes 30 kisses.
