RED ROSE CAKE FROSTING 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar (white)
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. or more powdered sugar

Cook until thick flour, salt, sugar and milk. Then cool. Then add to cooked mixture butter, vanilla and Crisco and beat until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, 1 or more cups. Continue to beat.
