RED VELVET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour (Swan Down)
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 bottle red food coloring (1 oz.)

Mix all ingredients at once in mixing bowl. Use Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees. Check 45-60 minute.

ICING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Blend together and ice cake.
