BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. London broil
1 med. onion, chopped
Garlic powder
Pepper
1/8 to 1/4 c. flour
2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
Dash of sauterne (or other wine)
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. sour cream
A little water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 tbsp. ketchup

Trim fat from steak. When frozen, cut across grain. Brown with onion, garlic, pepper (generously sprinkled) and flour. Add soup, wine, mushrooms, sour cream, a little water to thin, Worcestershire and ketchup. Simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serve over noodles.
