BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread
12 oz. shaved ham
6.7 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. milk
4 1/2 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 tsp. mustard
1 pkg. croutons

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Remove crust from bread and line pan with bread. Layer ham next, cheese and mushrooms, and another layer of bread. Beat milk, eggs, salt, mustard and pour over bread. For topping, use 1 sack croutons. Dot with butter, refrigerate 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes in glass pan.
