CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 instant puddings (1 vanilla & 1 chocolate)

Mix all 3 dry packages into large bowl. Add 1/2 cup oil and 1 1/2 cups water. Add 3 eggs and 6 ounces chocolate chips and 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly. Bake in greased and floured Bundt cake pan or large sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Bring to a boil. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat in 3/4 of a box of powdered sugar. Spread on warm cake.
