PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
5 slices bread, cubed 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 4 eggs Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, cream well. Fold in pineapple. Add cubed bread. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, buttered. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees. |
