BREAD (5 LOAVES) 
5 lbs. flour less 2 c.
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
4 to 6 pkgs. yeast
6 eggs
1/3 c. oil
4 c. milk

Mix all but 2 cups flour with sugar and salt. Warm milk and butter until butter is melted, cool to lukewarm and add yeast. Add eggs and oil to flour and add milk. Knead until bowl is clean, let rise until double in bulk. Shape and let rise in pans again. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. When done rub butter on top of crust.
