3 lg. onions, chopped coarsely
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1 tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
1/4 c. oil
Salt and pepper

Saute chopped onion. Add paprika. Add potatoes. Mix together. Add water to cover. Cook about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
