JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. peach Jello
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mash cottage cheese with potato masher in bowl. Add other ingredients and stir. Place in refrigerator covered at least 1 hour before serving.
