3 sm. pkgs. (3 oz.) orange Jello
4 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained

Mix Jello and water until dissolved. Add ice cream to Jello while still warm. Add fruit cocktail. Pour into 9x13 dish and cool until set.
